The following minimum bending radii must be taken into consideration for mechanical cambering; they depend on the type of material thickness (t):





For smaller radii, conical and concave profiles, please feel free to ask for our support.

For radii over 36 m the profiles can be curved without a machine and fixed with sliding clips. As during the forced curving on-site, the profiles have to be pushed onto the radius, dents can sometimes not be avoided. The curving by machine is optically the better solution.
