From 8 September until 27 October 2019, the largest implemented art project in Austria so far “For Forest – The unending attraction of nature” (www.forforest.net) under a Zambelli roof can be marvelled at the Wörthersee Stadium in Klagenfurt. Approximately 300 trees cover the stadium’s football pitch during this period of time. This temporary art intervention from Klaus Littmann is based on a drawing from Max Peintner and should thematise especially the perception of nature by humans and the future relation between humans and nature. The Wörthersee Stadium was built for the European Championship 2008. It was covered with approximately 1,000 sqm RIB-ROOF and is one of the most modern stadiums in Austria.
